I heart indian summer!

last tuesday i had a day of, and i rolled to the beach early in the morning. It was a sweet indian summer day, with hardly any wind and the sun was out. One of these days that you can wear a sweater and flipflops at the same time :)
I really love this time of the year. You can feel the change of seasons, the forest smells good, the light changes, morning starts later and darkness arrives earlier, but it is still nice and warm and still there are lots of leaves on the trees. But they are falling at a steady rate now. It seems like all the pinetrees along the bike-path dropped all there cones overnight and made the path into a slalom-course :)

The summer business at the beach is slowing down, and the water is getting cooler already. I was greeted by tiny waves, but went in anyway and found a few that pushed me for a while. How beautiful everything can be.

tested my new handboard, the waves were really tiny, but the thing feels really good. Now i need some bigger waves to really test it :)
