The waves were really nice, about 3 ft with some power behind them, they even snapped my leash when i was taking a picture. Just recovered my board before the next wave took it :D
After the session when we packing an older lady that had been walking her four dogs came up to us and said that she was a little jalous because it must have been fantastic in the water, and we agreed that it indeed was. We got talking about surfing and she said that unfortunately now was to old. So i told her that in England people well into their 80'ies do it. That idea made her happy so i gave her my board. She was a liitle stunned but very happy and said that she was going to try it.
Made my day!!
