This morning all four of us went to the thriftstore for some fun an hopefully something usefull. And we weren't dissapointed: some princess dresses and a sparkly pink my little pony for daisy, a warm hat for Liz.
I found a pretty large dark wooden kitchen chopping boards that had oldskool polynesian wave riding vehicle written all over it!! A little heavy, but beautifull dark grain and the perfect shape: when i carry it by the handgrip it almost touches the ground and is long and sleek.
When we got homey Daisy thought that i should draw something on it, so we made up a few stories and got to work. One is about a mermaid, and the other one is about a little angel that is in love with a dragon. She makes the sky glow with little hearts and he has an icecream for her. Drew it on with a marker and i'm going to trace it with a woodburner later, i think that workes better with the wood.
